About this event
This is a
micro-coworking session for people already involved in, or interested
in becoming involved in, Station-C, the Montreal coworking group.
Station-C launches in early 2008; micro-coworking at cafés gives us a
chance to get to know each other and enjoy hanging out before the
opening.
Bring your laptop and some work to do; there's an Île Sans Fil hotspot
at ArtJava. Be prepared to buy yourself some coffee and/or food so
we're not a total drain on this very friendly café's resources -- just
like any other time you work at a café.
We'll be in the back half of the room, with some tables pushed
together. Look for a sign saying "subStation" or something similar.
Come when you want; if for some reason we're gone by the time you get
there, make your own sign and welcome others.
If this goes off, we'll try to do subStation µ's semi-regularly on
Thursdays -- perhaps at different venues with Île Sans Fil hotspots.
Non-Station-C people are welcome to visit too, of course.
